Job Description

Responsibilities
: Manage inbound inquiries (process quotations, orders for engine spare parts and other documents) from an allocated customer base within agreed time-scales.
Accurately input customer information and order details into SAP.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track orders and proactively follow up with customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts, graphs) to analyze data, generate reports, and provide meaningful business insights. (Intermediate level proficiency required; macros not needed).
Liaise with immediate manager/super user to establish training needs on a regular basis to maintain knowledge adequate for performing all required functions
Organise and chair appropriate meetings with the customer, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved
