Job Description
Responsibilities:
Issues, track and update purchase orders based on production needs Make cost-effective purchases and maintain a fully stocked inventory Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery in good condition Dealing with queries in relation to invoice resolution with suppliers Accountable for the accuracy of purchasing parameters and maintenance of documents Continuous improvement to shorten the supply chains for sustainability Maintain a mutually beneficial supplier relationship Contribute to the team objective for assured supply and quality product Requirements: Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related discipline Minimum 1 year related working experience Able to work in a fast paced MNC environment Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel Be team player with excellent communication skill Other Information: Work Location: Changi North Rise Working Days: Monday - Friday Company transport provided from designated MRT stations.
