**Location**:Remote - Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
**Opportunity**
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with our Customers in Mexico and Rest of Latin America, and with our Sales, Marketing, Trade Compliance, Warehousing, SOP, Customer Service Team to assure all open orders, claims, returns, free of charge samples are delivered on time.Supports recovery efforts on past due, aged orders, etc.
Supervise the tracking and expediting of all international and domestic shipments via all modes of transportation, including creating summaries, reports, reconciliation reports, spreadsheets, etc.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as document filing, record keeping, and internal follow-ups
Works closely with Kohler plants in Mexico, US, China mainly to assure we have tailor made solutions to continuously improve lead times, cut cost, and make our supply chain inbound and outbound and domestic distribution is effective and aligned with Supply Cha...
