Job Description
This role will be supporting continuous improvement practices for PPG's Industrial Coatings (Rest of Asia) business growth and act as a key advisor to the region's Supply Chain Director and other country leaders by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. This role reports to the region's Supply Chain Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting inventory related data, inventory value, DOI, inventory age etc., and organizing, filtering, and classifying these data into useful data indicators.
- Analyze and process the data to understand the status and trends of inventory, propose targeted suggestions or solutions.
- Develop inventory control strategies based on data analysis results, coordinate relevant departments to optimize procurement, shipping, and other processes and reduce inventory backlog and unsold products.
