Responsibilities
Developing and leading the Supply Chain team to determine and achieve the stock availability targets.Improving Demand Planning and Ordering performance to maximize profit, and stock availability and minimize waste and aging.Preparing stock to fit every case in the Warehouse both first lot and replenishment.Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and the Warehouse team to achieve the business strategy and operations plan.Evaluating and identifying the change of key factors in forecasting logic before executing promotions, holidays, and events.Agreeing on the first lot of new items or promotion quantities with the Commercial and Sales team.Understanding the business dynamics outside of Supply Chain to align with the business growth plan.Monitoring and work...
