:The opportunity
Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity as aSupply ChainManager;you will provide support to the business by ensuring that allpurchasingandlogisticsactivities align with corporate policies and procedures.
The role is office based in Stone, Staffordshire(flexible working policy), with a requirement to travelwhen needed, for example to visit suppliers or hold internal meetings, domestically and internationally.
TheSupply ChainManagerwillleadtheSupplyChaindepartmentwithin Hitachi Energy’s service division,supporting thevast array of services we provide,such asreplacement,extensions, upgrades, and commissioning,to electrical infrastructure across the power grid.
This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational excellence while driving innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
