Job Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Manager oversees the operations of assigned work groups in a Supply Chain Logistics operation. This role provides direct supervision to Supply Chain Ops Supervisors, SNE, and other hourly employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily/shift operational goals and implement plans to achieve facility objectives.
  • Provide leadership, training, and review to supervisors and hourly employees to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, implement continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, and strengthen team unity.
  • Hire, train, and supervise exempt and hourly employees in assigned work groups.
  • Support system and process training, track time, attendance and performance feedback.
