Supply Chain Analyst – Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

This role manages Malaysia supply chain activities including demand and supply planning, liaison with suppliers, distributors, and freight forwarders. It supports the Supply Chain team through planning activities and processes, and provides reporting and numbers collection to produce weekly/monthly management reports on activity status.

Responsibilities

• Maintain replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecast or demand.
• Manage purchase‑order activities: creation, expediting, de‑expediting, reduce ageing, resolve stock‑out, sales spikes, invoice and supplier discrepancies, and parts‑received discrepancies.
