Job Description
JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARY:
Schedule production and allocate inventory to designated Behr facilities.
Purchase raw materials, packaging, or purchasing finished goods from Behr’s supplier base.
Manage and monitor Distribution Center Inventory levels to maintain appropriate Finished Goods stock to ensure 100% Fill Rate (right product, at the right time, at the right DC). Which may include adjusting the production scheduler to address shortages.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Schedule production as required and transfers of product to and from other facilities.
Purchase raw materials and packaging to support the production schedule.
Keep current on status of purchase orders and maintain a professional and effective working relationship with suppliers.
Work with quality departments and suppliers to resolve any quality non-conformances.
