Job Description
Purpose
Lead the end-to-end management for the Device Care Center (DCC) in Mexico, overseeing logistics, diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, and fulfillment processes. Ensure delivery of operational KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times, while acting as the single point of contact between Assurant and third-party providers (3PL), with regular on-site oversight.
Responsibilities
Lead vendor management and performance, including KPI ownership, budget control, cost optimization initiatives, and regular performance reviews with key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, process standardization, and ongoing enhancements across 3PL operations.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and business continuity, covering warranty security, regulatory adherence, business rules enforcement, and contingency planning.
