Overview
Position: Supply Chain Support Executive
Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
Location: City of Binan, Laguna, Philippines
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Handles customer inquiries and processes orders via phone and email, providing updates on inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules
- Coordinates delivery instructions with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Prepares, verifies, and maintains shipping, invoicing, and system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations
- Experience working in customer-focused distribution
- Willing to work fully on site
- Willing to work as soon as possible
