Maintenance Manager - FMCG
Responsibilities
- Establish as well as apply maintenance policies and procedures and also upgrade them as necessary.
- Strategy, coordinate, as well as supervise maintenance tasks for equipment repair and installation.
- Monitor devices and spare part supply and also place orders as needed.
- Implement regular preventive maintenance that aims to forecast and protect against equipment failures prior to they occur.
- Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the industry.
- Develop and carry out health and wellness plans and procedures in handling device and equipment.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and contractors, and oversee the implementation of maintenance work negotiations.
