Supply / Material Planner HJO

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production requirements
Execute planning activities based on forecasts and system-generated reports
Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up to ensure commitments are met
Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages when required
Handle supplier-related issues including quality concerns, returns, and discrepancies
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain proper documentation in systems
Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to optimise stock holding
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
