Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated L1 Linux/Support Engine to provide technical support for our cloud-based infrastructure. As an L1 engineer, you will be responsible for handling first-level support tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. You will work closely with higher-level support engineers and system administrators to ensure the stability and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, incidents, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to Linux servers, cloud services, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining cloud services, including Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and Networking.
  • Perform basic system administration tasks, such as managing users, permissions, and file systems in Linux.
