A separate team provides technical/DevOps Support & release management
15 Delivery Center teams develop features on the applications supported
Tasks
ITIL process : Incident, Request, Problems
User assistance : Explain figures, identify issues, restore the service
Non-regression testing in GUI before each major release
User management
Monitoring
Continuous improvement : Automation, tooling, dashboarding, data analysis for better performance of the team
Experience : 3-7 Years
Knowledge and/or previous experience in Finance industry is beneficial
Proficiency in French and English is mandatory
