An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Younger Persons Training and Engagement Support Officer to join our team at our Younger Persons Service in Hereford to work with the young people in our accommodation-based service across a 7 day 9am-10pm team rota to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people aged big part of this role is around training and engagement so you should be able to build good working relationships with our young will be confident in dealing with crisis situations as they arise, this may include liaising with other professionals or signposting to external agencies to fully support the young people. You will need to update and record information in a timely and accurate you able to engage young people? Can you think outside the box? Are you able to remain calm in times of crisis?
