Our client, requires Support Services Administrators to work at its site in Tamworth. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties include contacting customers to conduct a customer service questionnaire after they have had work carried out. 
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills essential.
Contact center customer service experience preferred but not essential.
Computer literacy - Competency using Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and other Windows-based applications.
