Support / Systems Engineer - Uptime Legal Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor hybrid infrastructure, including on‑prem Windows/Linux servers and cloud services (AWS).
• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to attorneys and staff for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user account lifecycle management.
• Automate routine tasks and incident remediation using PowerShell scripts.
• Assist with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) for provisioning and troubleshooting virtual machines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support in a Windows/Linux environment.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
