Support Worker
Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Wiltshire area.
This is a Temporary role, on an ad hoc basis. You will be supporting our clients with staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays and have the opportunity to work in various care settings in the Wiltshire area.
This particular service is set on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon. Here you will be supporting two service users with learning difficulties.
The shifts here are between 07.00-22.00.
Job Role
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills.
