We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our supported living service , Caxton House , based in Wigan Greater Manchester WN1 1HW.

Please click here for further details about the service. The Role: You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation.

Tasks will include assisting with personal care, administer medication, accessing the community & domestic tasks. 21 hour contract available.
