Job Description

  Support Worker in York! 
 Are you caring, proactive, and eager to make a difference? We’re looking for a support worker to assist with complex care needs in a welcoming York service.
  What You'll Do: 
 Provide personal care and support to non-verbal female service users.
 Assist with PEG feeding and wheelchair handling (training provided).
 Engage and build strong relationships with service users.
 Help with daily tasks, including cooking and cleaning.
  Requirements: 
 12 months UK experience as a Support Worker
  What We Need: 
 A warm, engaging presence with a passion for helping others.
 Willingness to learn new skills, including PEG feeding.
 Punctuality, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
 Ability to commit to a variety of shifts, including days and nights.
