Supported Living Service Worker

Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports (“Linck”) requires three (3) Supported Living Service Workers. These are contract, full-time roles (70 hours bi-weekly) beginning as soon as possible and lasting for six (6) months.

 

The incumbent(s) supports children/youth 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Staff can expect to work day, afternoon, and midnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 

Staff provide care, supervision, programming, and guidance to children and youth awaiting placement, live-in treatment, or alternate living options. Through the efficient management of the placement in an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, the staff will  provide structure and security geared to promoting positive growth and development in the children and youth while collaborating with other members of the care team as needed.
