JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Facilities Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of the organization. Conducts short and long-term planning along with the supervisor and leaders to address major and complex work operations. Participates in the establishment of production goals and major work schedules, developing cost and budget analysis or forecasts, and assists in in the determination of long-range manpower requirements. Serves as principal advisor and troubleshooter on all maintenance and repairs; responsible for the coordination and integration of activities in the fields of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction maintenance and repair.
