Surface & Textile Designer

Surface Designer / Textile Artist to create original, luxury wallpaper designs for the residential interiors market. This is a specialist role requiring a strong foundation in hand-crafted pattern design, with the ability to translate physical artwork into production-ready digital files. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing unique design concepts, executing repeat patterns by hand, and preparing final artwork using Adobe Photoshop for print production.

• Develop original wallpaper concepts aligned with luxury interior trends and brand direction.
• Create hand-drawn or hand-painted motifs and pattern repeats.
• Design seamless repeat patterns, including full-drop, half-drop, mirrored, and other repeat styles.
• Translate physical artwork into high-resolution digital files through scanning and digital refinement.
• Finalise designs in Adobe Photoshop, including colourways, scale, repeat accuracy, and print readiness.
