Surg Tech CVOR - Travel Job

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Fort Wayne, IN, working in a hospital cardiovascular operating room. You will function as a member of the cardiac surgical team, preparing the sterile field, passing instruments and supplies, assisting surgeons during procedures, turning over rooms to maintain case flow, and helping maintain a safe surgical environment.
Minimum Qualifications

• Current CST credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CVOR surgical technologist with strong cardiac surgery skills.
• Experience or proficiency in assisting with cardiovascular cases and room turnover in an OR setting.
• Travel candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
