UK King's Daughters is a 455-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Kentucky. We are part of the University of Kentucky Health system. We own 40+ primary care clinics in outlying areas of Kentucky and Ohio which refer patients from a catchment area of about 750,000 people to our main campus for testing and treatment. In 2025, we completed a large construction project on campus, which gave us a brand-new ER, a new Imaging Department, and a new main entrance. Our Emergency Department sees more than 80,000 patients per year. We offer nearly all medical specialties with the exception of pediatric subspecialties and transplant surgery.

We have an open position for a neurosurgeon to join two full-time neurosurgeons. The incoming physician will have a guaranteed salary of $900,000 for all three years of the initial contract and will be eligible for productivity bonuses based $100 per wRVU.
