Job Description
Rare opportunity to be one of the first reps launching a new surgical product line within an established Orthopedic implant company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Selling Surgical implants in the OR, focused on orthopedic surgeons
- This includes driving gross sales, meeting quota goals, managing territory-level inventory, controlling expenses, and supporting the overall company mission.
- collaborate with the sales team to build customer relationships, forecast sales activity, and provide expert in-service training and product support on the full portfolio.
- This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to manage both educational and technical interactions with healthcare professionals.
- covering a large geography, so a willingness to travel is critical
