As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the surgical team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting during procedures. You will be responsible for setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment, ensuring all supplies are properly sterilized and ready for use. During surgery, you will assist the surgeon by passing instruments, sutures, and other materials while maintaining strict sterile technique to prevent infection.
