Surveillance compliance officer

Responsibilities  Conduct daily and weekly surveillance monitoring to ensure warehouse operations meet company security and safety standards.  Review and analyze video footage for potential policy violations, incidents, or compliance risks.  Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to investigate incidents and prepare related reports.  Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly; report and coordinate maintenance or upgrades as needed.  Maintain compliance with company security protocols.  Develop and implement compliance checklists, internal audits, and corrective actions.  Support the implementation of new monitoring systems, procedures, and training programs.  Prepare regular compliance and incident analysis reports for management review.  Assist in vendor coordination and document management related to safety, security, and surveillance systems.
