Job Description
A growing firm is looking for their next Survey CAD Technician with experience in oil and gas.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Process field data and use software to create boundary surveys, topographic maps, and construction staking files
- Import and reduce field data from surveys (LiDAR, GPS, total stations) to create accurate drawings
- Perform boundary and horizontal control calculations to define property lines and construction points
- Create ALTA surveys, plats, subdivision layouts, topographic maps, and as-built drawings using CAD software
- Ensure projects comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, TopCon, etc
