A prestigious new restaurant is seeking three Mid to Senior Sushi Chefs to join the opening team at the V&A Waterfront. Salary starts from R16,000 per month.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes to mid to senior levels of excellence.
- Work collaboratively in a quality-driven, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Follow the guidance of the Master Japanese Sushi Chef during the restaurant's opening phase.
- Receive mentorship, training, and exposure to authentic Japanese sushi techniques.
