Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rice, fresh fish, and other ingredients following proper techniques and recipes.
- Create sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty dishes with consistency and quality.
- Ensure all food items meet portion, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
