Sushi Production & Quality Specialist

Pick n Pay Retailers in Bloemfontein is seeking a sushi production team member responsible for following the production plan to ensure sales growth while minimizing waste. You will prepare sushi recipes, manage food safety, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a Grade 12 qualification, experience in fish cutting, and knowledge of various sushi recipes. This position requires good communication skills in English and must reside close to the store.
