Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SVP Sales (B2C) to lead and scale our client's consumer sales organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding market presence—preferably within the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall B2C sales strategy and execution
- Drive aggressive revenue and market expansion targets
- Build, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams nationwide
- Establish and strengthen distribution and channel partnerships
- Collaborate with executive leadership on overall business growth strategy
