Job Description
What you will be doing
- Plan and deliver structured swimming programmes for:
- Learn-to-Swim (LTS)
- Stroke Development
- Pre-Competitive and Competitive squads
- Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress, providing regular feedback to swimmers and parents.
- Prepare swimmers for assessments, certifications (e.g. SwimSafer), and competitions.
- Support talent identification and development pathways within the programme.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high coaching standards during sessions.
- Work closely with the Head Coach and team to align with programme objectives.
- Assist in organising swim meets, events, and club activities where required.
- Uphold safeguarding standards and adhere to all club policies and guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching or coaching experience will be an advantage. ...
