Swimming Pool Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pool operations, including water chemistry, filtration, and equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal water quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Supervise and train pool staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and safety-conscious team.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations, proactively addressing any safety concerns or violations to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
• Manage pool chemicals and balancing, accurately testing and adjusting water chemistry to maintain proper pH levels, chlorine concentration, and overall water clarity.

Qualifications
