Job Summary
We have openings for nursing positions in a specialist unit for surgical, orthopedic, and medical patients. The vacancies include two full‑time positions (100%) and one 100% temporary contract until March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
As a nurse you will:
- Participate in the treatment, care, and support of patients admitted for planned surgery, and acute medical, surgical, and orthopedic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, including experienced nurses, specialty nurses, health workers, doctors, and therapists.
- Provide patient‑centered care in a small, community hospital setting and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Norwegian nursing registration.
- Experience in specialist health services is an advantage.
- Further training in relevant fields is desired.
