Shift - Mon - Thurs 8:30 pm - 7:00 am

Experience in fast-paced work environments (think retail/food industry/warehouse/factory) While a laboratory environment, this role is much more similar to manufacturing/retail/food industry roles with hour-by-hour deadlines than research roles (a critical sticking point for associates in the past)
Personality - A candidate who fits the RTP IDT culture pillars (Mutually Trusts, Humble, Collaborative, Continuously Improves)
Familiarity with good lab practices (strongly preferred)
