A technology solutions provider is seeking a System Analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. The successful candidate will provide daily system support and act as the liaison between stakeholders and IT teams. A Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant experience are required. Knowledge of ITIL processes and strong documentation skills are essential. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
