System Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Responsibilities
Collaborate
with business stakeholders to
analyze and translate business requirements
into functional and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain
applications using
Microsoft .NET platform (MVC, C#, VB.NET) .
Customize and configure
Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP)
modules based on business needs.
Develop
SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and triggers
to support data processing and reporting.
Perform
system integration , testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams on
system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements .
Provide
technical support and user training , ensuring smooth system operation and adoption.
Prepare
technical documentation , user manuals, and training materials.
Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.
