Job Description
- 10+ years of experience as System Analyst/Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Strong expertise in Payments – SWIFT, FAST, GIRO, RTGS
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards
- Experience in BRD/FRD, user stories, and functional documentation
- Hands-on experience in payment integrations and core banking interfaces
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and digital assets
- Exposure to tokenized deposits or digital payment innovations
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MAS or similar)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
