System Analyst

Role Summary

The System Analyst will support the analysis, design and implementation of workflow-driven enterprise systems of the client, including document and content management platforms (e.g., OpenText ). This is a techno-functional role requiring strong workflow understanding, technical aptitude and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows and system designs
• Perform impact analysis and support solution definition

Workflow & Process Management
