Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and Design end-to-end IBM Z / Mainframe architecture for large-scale internal systems
Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mainframe solutions with business objectives
Lead modernization and optimization initiatives on IBM Z platforms
Mentor and guide senior developers and engineering teams
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe architecture and design
Deep expertise in IBM Z systems, z/OS, CICS, JCL, and related middleware
Strong knowledge of DB2, IMS, MQ Series, and batch processing frameworks
Experience with mainframe modernization, cloud integration, or hybrid architectures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
IBM Certified solutions expertise is a strong plus
