Overview
The System Coordinator – Customer Service will be responsible for end-to-end system coordination and back‑office support for Customer Service and Field Sales operations within the Sales & Distribution domain. The role ensures seamless integration between field sales applications and SAP, monitors transactional flow, supports trade and commercial activities, and acts as a key coordination point between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
