System Engineer, Safety Sr - Level 3

**Description:**
You will be the System Safety Engineer for the System Safety Engineering Team which is responsible for ensuring the safety and mission success of the F‑22 aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the System Safety Engineer you will be responsible for leading safety analyses and supporting the System Safety Program Plan throughout the aircraft development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Conduct Functional Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Preliminary Hazard Analysis, System Safety Analysis, and Software Hazard Analysis.
+ Develop, maintain, and execute the System Safety Program Plan.
+ Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments and trade studies to optimize design choices and recommend controls.
+ Coordinate system safety activities with design teams, suppliers, internal management, and external customers.
