Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in handling support & installation for Finacle 10.x environments including troubleshooting and configuring new services
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables and engaging all stakeholders
- Proficient in N-tier architecture for Finacle, high availability concepts
- Proficient in writing SQL queries in Oracle/PostgreSQL for troubleshooting issues and preparing data for issue analysis and reporting
- Hands on with Unix/Linux commands
- Basic proficiency in Middleware technologies like WebSphere Application Server and JBOSS
- Hands on experience in automating some of the routine tasks in environment management
- Experienced in handling patching of Finacle, OS, MW and database components. Should be able to perform impact assessment and co-ordinate the tasks with various supporting units like OS support, DB support, Middleware support, etc.
