The Nursing Innovation and Care Transformation department was initiated as a strategy to create the Practice Environment of the Future. CommonSpirit Health is committed to bringing innovative and forward-thinking approaches to address the current Nursing climate. This department's strategic initiative is to create new nursing care models utilizing virtual technology in new ways.
