Develop and implement integrated system safety management programs covering all lifecycle phases from concept through disposal, including requirements definition, documentation, testing, and evaluation. Establish and manage key safety program elements such as System Safety Management Plans, Hazard Tracking Systems, and System Safety Working Groups. Coordinate and oversee safety efforts across internal teams, installations, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety requirements and milestones. Provide technical safety guidance to Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams, ensuring safety considerations are incorporated early in system development. Review hardware designs, manufacturing processes, and maintenance procedures to ensure safe and reliable system performance.
