Job Summary: Primary responsible for planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, monitoring and support of Unix servers globally.
Ensure long term Unix Server operation by planning hardware, Software, memory, storage, Network and other upgrades. Install, configure and support applications. Measure performance and perform tuning. Review, enhance and update documentation, run books, design diagrams, Disaster Recovery procedures etc.

Interface with Engineering groups to create, install, configure and enhance Unix Operating System to support design tools and trouble shoot complicated performance issues.
