Systems Engineer (Active Directory)

This is an opportunity to join one of our governement sector clients. The Systems Engineer undertakes complex projects related to systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance. This requires application of highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in systems administration and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance. It also covers implementation of systems improvements and instructing other IT staff in the resolution of complex issues. This role requires standby on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. This role must be able to quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise. Also, can be able to methodically identify the cause of the issue, evaluate it and develop a solution in collaboration with the team. Effective communication skills and must display high level of service standards are also required for this opportunity.
